Since the launch of ChatGPT a year ago, we have witnessed a rapid development at an incredible pace. Now, the technology has matured to the extent that not only is it possible for most businesses to derive value from artificial intelligence… In record time, AI has established itself as a tremendous advantage in a variety of key business areas.

The most significant impacts are especially seen in time and cost efficiency – which can provide an incredible competitive advantage. Or a disadvantage, if you’re left standing on the platform with your cap in hand.

We are well into an economic downturn, where efficiency through significant cost savings and freeing up employee capacity can really make a difference.

The development is going to continue at the same (or increasing) pace, with new opportunities and tools appearing almost daily. Here, we’ll look at how you can best utilize artificial intelligence for your business right now.

Why Should You Care About Artificial Intelligence?

Significant benefits to be reaped already now

It's wise to engage with the ongoing advancements in AI now, so that when the time comes where its use becomes essential to stay competitive, the transition won't be overwhelmingly challenging.

Expertise and Knowledge

Expertise and specialized knowledge are valuable resources for most businesses, especially within rapidly developing fields where new knowledge is continuously emerging. It’s challenging and costly to stay updated.

Now, we can build AI agents that assume expert roles within the fields you determine. An AI agent has all knowledge available within seconds, where a human expert only remembers parts of their knowledge. And you can give one agent a combination of expert knowledge equivalent to several different human experts. That means the agent can see a bigger picture, identify synergies across fields, and take into account more factors in their responses.

In addition to the knowledge an agent can retrieve from ChatGPT’s vast knowledge base, we can also define a custom knowledge base for the agent. We can upload our documents, and point it towards specific websites. This can both supplement, or override ChatGPT’s general knowledge base.

Simply put, through the general knowledge base, you get expertise based on established «best practices», while through a custom knowledge base, we can give the expert insight into self-developed methodology, our own data, or other knowledge that is secret or otherwise not publicly available.

Using Microsoft’s AutoGen framework to build agents, we can also connect to other LLM models than OpenAI.

Do AI Agents Replace Humans?

Well, it’s perhaps more accurate to say that an agent can reduce the need for future hires to keep the company’s expertise up to date, rather than replacing existing employees. Or delay the need for hires, which can help businesses scale up. And AI is still not 100% autonomous and needs people to manage and interact with the agent.

The effect we will see most in terms of human labor is a freeing of time and capacity. We become more productive and can complete a range of tasks much faster. AI empowers your employees, enhancing their capabilities and efficiency.

AI gives your employees superpowers!

Use Cases

Multie-expert agents can be used to conduct extensive research and analysis, develop strategies, plan processes, and find answers you would otherwise have to pay for, either through expensive consultants or hires.

For example, you can build an AI agent that is an expert in general marketing and brand building. We can enhance the areas that are most relevant, and give it expertise in SEO, social media, and the use of Hubspot. We can also give it expertise in adjacent fields such as GDPR and psychology. Now, we also give it concrete knowledge about our products, our own customer data, and our unique business processes.

Here, we have built an AI agent that can help the marketing department develop good strategies, suggest tactical choices, and prioritize activities that increase efficiency.

Generative Agents – A Real Revolution

Innovative. Groundbreaking. Revolutionary. Hype words that have lost much of their value due to overuse. But with artificial intelligence, we are seeing the contours of something that will turn the world as we know it upside down in a relatively short time. Extreme steps forward are taken on an almost weekly basis. This is a real revolution!

And one of the areas where the most and fastest progress is happening right now is generative AI. Artificial intelligence that we can use for content production. Text. Images and graphics. Video.

And it is here that the business upside is most extreme. The time savings are enormous. The costs are drastically cut.

Get Started with Artificial Intelligence Today

Time savings are enormous.
Costs are dractically cut.

AI can help you plan and structure an editorial plan, in the short and long term. AI can write for you. AI can help you structure content composition. AI can write articles, product descriptions, explanations, advertising material, agreements/contracts, reports, video scripts.

AI can generate visual communication such as images, illustrations, and graphic representations. AI can narrate with a human voice, with empathy and emotion. AI can create an avatar, a visual copy of yourself, which can narrate with your own voice. AI can create realistic film and video. AI can edit video.

The possibilities are many.

Automated Processes with AI

We can use AI to automate digital work processes and interactions between various tools. We can build GPTs that through Zapier can link processes across over 6000 different apps. Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Gmail, Salesforce, Hubspot, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Asana, Outlook, Typeform, Trello… to name a few.

For more customized automations, we can use OpenAI’s Assistant API. At the time of writing, there are some limitations here, such as the ability to get artificial intelligence to browse the internet, or integrate DALL-E (OpenAI’s image generator). But as with most things in AI, we are probably only weeks away from this being resolved.

A Jungle of AI SaaS Tools

In a short time, the market has exploded with both entirely new SaaS tools based on artificial intelligence, and not least existing SaaS tools that have integrated AI. A good example is Salesforce which has integrated artificial intelligence into its CRM system, called Salesforce Einstein. Or artificial intelligence in Adobe Premier Pro.

There are thousands of entirely new tools as well, built with artificial intelligence as the foundation. Everything from optimizing advertising and budget allocation in marketing, financial investments (trading), generating and editing images and video, to AI that helps you grow on Youtube and in social media.

ACEX helps you identify and implement the best tools for you.
